One of the things that is working out well for us is the fact that when you live in Virginia, you get a fair bit of mild weather (even warm sometimes) through the winter. This allows kids to get much needed outside time even through winter months! Today we headed out for some trike time, and I got inspired to make a trike track with our sidewalk chalk. The kids loved "helping" me draw it and Malynn seemed genuinely interested in the numbers!
Of course this silly mommy had to demonstrate how to use the track!
They both attempted to follow it on their trikes, but Malynn had more fun running around it. It was amazing! She must have run around it three complete times...
