This Sunday they were both here for the day and we packed it in. Once the kids were up from their morning rest time, we headed right out of the house. We went shopping, got a haircut for Jack, had lunch, and hit the grocery store. The kids did a ton of walking and held up so well. Special thanks to Grand and Amita because not only did we have a great time, but I was able to get so much done since I had their help with the kids!
Malynn and Jack ZONKED out in the car and continued to sleep for a nice long afternoon nap once we got home. Jack woke up first and Amita got these great pictures of him playing with Grand.
Grand thought this smile with the hood on was irresistible....and she was right!

Can't you just hear the belly laugh behind this smile?!

Jack tends to give all of himself to whatever he's doing. He gives his whole attention when you start a favorite story, his whole strength when there's something heavy to carry, his whole commitment when there's a blank piece of paper in need of color, and a couple of my favorites: his whole embrace when he hugs and his whole heart when he loves. I feel like you can see that in this picture...he just opens himself up to wonderful experiences...like tossing a balloon. :)

Your light is so special Mr. Jack. Thank you for sharing it with all of us.
