Then when everyone was together, we went for a little walk around the house to collect the best looking leaves we could find. It was extra educational because Amita knows a lot about native trees and could tell us what all the leaves' names were and cool facts like how oak leaves are skinner from the top branches of the tree because it lets more light down to leaves on the lower branches!
Finally, we all came inside and made our beautiful leave art creations. YAY!
Jack's is on the yellow paper, Malynn's on the brown.
I always have fun "seeing" their wonderfully unique personalities in their work. :)
